7th March 2018 Dartington

After all the snow and ice of last week it was with relief that the walk today took place under blue skies and sunshine, though still a little on the chilly side for the start of Spring.
Seventeen walkers, led by Tony and Jenni, set off from The Cider Press at Dartington for the gentle stroll through the grounds to Dartington Hall.
From there we took an excursion into the Deer Park where we saw a large herd of very small deer in the distance.
After our leader made a wrong turn we eventually made our way back to the Cider Press via the Lower Drive and the Bidwell Brook where we transferred to the Cott Inn for lunch.
