13th April – Teignmouth – led by Shirley and Ann

On this walk all the photos were taken by Norma who writes:-
It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day – the early thick mist having cleared. There were twelve walkers, some of whom left their anoraks and sweaters in their cars. The first time this year I think!

Because High Tide was at 11.50 the planned route along the coast had to be changed.

Nevertheless, it was a lovely walk and for me new territory passing through the village of Holcombe where we viewed the beautiful church.

We ended the walk with lunch at The Smugglers Inn after which thick mist had returned and I suspect a drop of five degrees in temperature!
