A wonderful day for walking, dry, windless and cool, saw 16 walkers set off alongside Teignmouth golf course for a walk along the “Postman’s Path”.
We were treated to autumn colours and extensive views across the Teign estuary. Underfoot it was generally dry except for one ploughed field which was totally waterlogged.
Returning to the marvelously named ”The Bishop John de Grandisson Inn” we enjoyed an excellent meal (and the Jail Ale was pretty good as well)
