Terry and Jean organised this walk but were unable to lead it today. Bob and Jane took over and led seventeen walkers from the Manor Inn at Galmpton on a circular walk of about 4 miles miles taking in the River Dart and Greenway. The official forecast for rain this morning was wrong again and we managed to have a dry walk, though it was frequently muddy underfoot.
Without any sunshine the views were not as photogenic as they could have been but very enjoyable anyway. You can see the photos Maureen took by clicking here and you can see my photos by clicking here.
We did the same walk, though in the opposite direction, back in April 2008.
