Dave and Maureen led this walk on a cold damp day with rain forecast for the afternoon. We took the cliff-top path to Dawlish Warren, avoiding the customary seawall route as it was high tide with the risk of us getting washed off. We walked to the end of the Warren on the seaward side, returning via the inland side to an excellent lunch at the Mount Pleasant Inn. On the return leg to the cars we were greeted by the forecast and increasingly heavy rain and we were glad to have the wind behind us. An uneventful but enjoyable walk of about 5 miles.
