Twenty walkers braved yet another cold but bright day with the temperature hovering around zero degC.
Heading north out from the village and avoiding the icy patches in the lanes we turned right onto the moor and climbed up toward Honeybag Tor then over Chinkwell and Bell Tors before returning to the village down
Fortunately the ice & snow were minimal and the mud crunchy.
The route we took was about 4 miles (according to Dennis) and you can see it on the map below.
